The Triangulum Galaxy ( M31) : HaLRGB

 

For some reason, the Qsi camera had weird RGB colored artifacts which I was not able to remove using calibration frames. Turned out the camera had a defect and was fixed by OPT.

EDIT : I replaced the Stellarvue 150mm data and used the Luminance from the Quattro and reprocessed.

OTA : APM 175mm APO, SkyWatcher Quattro 12

Mount : ES Losmandy G11, Losmandy G11

Imaging Cameras : Qsi683wsg, Zwo1600mm-C PRO

Filters : Astrodon (LRGB + 3nm HA) , Baader 36mm ( LRGB)

Exposure Settings : 

Ha(Qsi) : 10 * 1200s

L (Qsi) : 10 * 1200s

L ( SW) : 25 * 1200s

L ( Z) : 500 * 60 s ( Gain 76)

R : 40 * 180s ( Gain 76)

G : 50 * 180s ( Gain 76)

B : 50 * 180s ( Gain 76)
