Using MultiScale Linear Transform(PixInsight) to Perform Galactic/ Nebulae Core Enhancements

 One small trick I have noticed in PixInsight is the ability to use the MLT( MultiScale Linear Transform) Tool to push the details present in a nebulae's core or a galactic one. Curves transform is indeed a much better tool but the problem is that during the final stages of image processing( especially during the Un-sharpen phase), using curves will be counter-intuitive as it will create mottling. THis is where MLT comes to play. The following Gif can explain it better.

The settings for the MLT can be seen below : 

For the layers 5 to 8 , only the bias parameter(Value of .05) has to be entered. The rest can be left at default. These values work pretty well for most images. The image has to be Non_Linear for this effect to take place. Enjoy!
